Constituida una lista de elegibles, cuya vigencia será de dos años, la unidad de la Escuela Judicial encargada de la selección, comunicará a cada uno de los participantes el resultado del concurso y publicará copia de la correspondiente resolución en un lugar visible de la misma dependencia. La lista de elegibles deberá ser publicada a más tardar dentro de los veinte días siguientes a la práctica de la última prueba, previa aprobación del Consejo Superior de la Escuela Judicial.
