Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Decreto 5023 de 2009, el Decreto 95 de 2010 y el Decreto 999 de 2017, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 302 de 2017 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2018.

Decreto 330 de 2018 · Por el cual se fijan las escalas de asignación básica de los empleos que sean desempeñados por empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva, Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible, Empresas Sociales del Estado, del orden nacional, y se dictan otras disposiciones.
