° Los conductores de vehículos al servicio del Ministerio de Guerra también quedan sometidos .a las disposiciones del presente Decreto. En los talonarios de las boletas de permiso de tránsito para los vehículos de dicho Ministerio, solamente se anotará el dato relativo a la hora de salida del vehículo.
