Sustitúyase el
del artículo 24 del Decreto 1697 de 1994, por el siguiente texto:
La Administración Postal nacional, Adpostal, estará sujeta al pago de los cánones establecidos en el presente artículo, una vez obtenga del Ministerio de Comunicaciones la licencia respectiva.
