Los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales, que de conformidad con el Decreto legislativo número 1930 de 1955, celebren operaciones de crédito deberán enviar al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público –Dirección General de Crédito Público- información mensual y detallada sobre el estado y movimiento de la deuda y copia del contrato ya perfeccionado de la respectiva operación.
