Artículo quinto. Cuando los Jueces Penales y Promiscuos de Circuito, los Penales y Promiscuos Municipales y los de Menores decreten las vacaciones de uno de sus subalternos, las respectivas funciones serán desempeñadas por el empleado a quien se las encomiende. 'En este evento, se aplicará el mismo régimen establecido por el artículo 2° de este Decreto para los Secretarios judiciales.
