El acudiente, o la persona de quien dependa el alumno, debe estar radicado en Bogotá, y responder de la conducta de su acudido; y podrá, cuando así lo desee, solicitar el Secretario de la Escuela los informes sobre el compartimiento del alumno que está bajo su dependencia.
