Los Tesoreros o representantes legales de las entidades o establecimientos beneficiados con transferencias, aportes regionales o auxilios rendirán cunetas sobre el manejo de las mismas a la Contraloría General de la República, a más tardar seis (6) meses después de haber recibido el pago.
