La donación parcial podrá hacerse con destino a un banco de órganos categoría A, o al banco de la categoría B correspondiente, teniendo en cuenta el tipo de donación y la naturaleza de la licencia de funcionamiento que el Ministerio de Salud haya otorgado al banco.
