SESIONES EXTRAORDINARIAS. En cualquier época del año, el Intendente o Comisario podrá, atendidos la urgencia de los proyectos y el presupuesto respectivo, por el tiempo prudencial que estime conveniente, convocar al Consejo a sesiones extraordinarias. En estos casos, los Consejos se ocuparán exclusivamente de los asuntos que el Intendente o Comisario someta a su consideración.
