Decláranse eximidos de toda responsabilidad a la viuda e hijos del señor Ramón Mejía O., por razón de manejo de fondos a cargo de este como Administrador que fue de las Salinas Marítimas del Atlántico en los años de 1900 a 1902. En consecuencia se suspenderá todo procedimiento contra los mencionados herederos.
