° Por excusa aceptada al Teniente Alfredo Baquero para servir el puesto á que había sido destinado por Decreto 154 de fecha 9 del presente, nómbrase en su reemplazo para la 3ª Compañía del Batallón 2.° de Infantería al Teniente Modesto Quiroga, á quien se llama al servicio activo.
