La deducción anual por agotamiento a base de porcentaje fijo, será igual al 10% del producto bruto anual deducida de la regalía.
El porcentaje permitido como deducción anual por agotamiento no podrá exceder en ningún caso del 20% de la renta líquida de la contribuyente, computada antes de hacer la deducción por agotamiento.
