ARTICULO 62. La autoridad que dispusiere el pago de remuneración a personas cuyo nombramiento hubiere sido efectuado en contravención de las disposiciones del Presente Decreto o de sus reglamentos, será responsable de los valores indebidamente pagados. En igual responsabilidad incurrirán los Pagadores que realicen el pago. La Contraloría General de la República velará por el cumplimiento de esta disposición.
