LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 14.- Directorio de autoridades públicas. La remisión de correspondencia a las autoridades públicas a la dirección, correo electrónico o fax que indique el directorio elaborado por el Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública, se entenderá debidamente realizada, siempre y cuando quede constancia de ella, de conformidad con el reglamento interno del derecho de petición de cada entidad.
