Los maestros de escuela de enseñanza primaria oficial que pierdan su capacidad de trabajo, tendrán derecho, mientras dure la incapacidad, a una pensión de invalidez equivalente a la totalidad del último sueldo devengado, sin bajar de cincuenta pesos ($ 50) ni exceder de doscientos pesos ($ 200). Esta pensión excluye la de cesantía y la de jubilación.
