Art 19. En los puertos francos corresponde al Jefe del, Resguardo señalar el lugar o los lugares de embarque o desembarque. Las disposiciones de los parágrafos 1.° i 2° del artículo 90 del Código Fiscal son estensivas a los puertos francos.
