Artículo único. Decláranse vacantes los empleos de catedráticos principal i sustituto de la clase de ciencia constitucional. Comuníquese al Rector de la Universidad con el fin de que dé cuenta al Consejo de la respectiva escuela i éste forme las ternas que deben presentarse al Poder Ejecutivo para hacer nuevos nombramientos.
