Comité de Gabinete del Ministerio. El Comité de Gabinete del Ministerio estará integrado por

1.

Ministro de Salud, quien lo presidirá.

2.

El Viceministro de Salud, quien lo presidirá en ausencia del Ministro.

3.

El Secretario General.

4.

Los Directores Generales del Ministerio.

5.

El Superintendente Nacional de Salud.

Parágrafo 1

Actuará como Secretario del Comité de Gabinete el Secretario Privado del Ministerio.

Parágrafo 2

Al Comité de Gabinete del Ministerio podrán ser invitados los servidores públicos que determine el Ministro.
