Cálculo de tiempo . Para calcular el tiempo de servicio que da derecho a pensión de jubilación, solo se computarán como jornadas completas de trabajo las de cuatro (4) horas o más. Si las horas de trabajo señaladas para el respectivo empleo no llegan a ese límite, el cómputo se hará sumando las horas de trabajo real y dividiéndolas por cuatro (4); el resultado que así se obtenga se tomará como el de días laborados y se adicionará con los descansos remunerados y las vacaciones conforme a la Ley.
