Art. 3.° Destínase como auxilio para la refacción del templo San Francisco de Asís de la ciudad de Mompox, la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000). Esta cantidad se pondrá á disposición del Sr. Dr. Eugenio Biffi, Ilustre Obispo de Cartagena, quien dispondrá su conveniente inversión.

Del mismo modo se auxilia con dos mil pesos la construcción del templo de la ciudad de Socorro, y esta cantidad se pondrá a disposición del Ilustrísimo Sr. Obispo de Tunja.

El Gobierno incluirá en la liquidación del Presupuesto las sumas ya citadas.
