Prohibición de expedir certificaciones. Queda prohibido elaborar calificaciones de conducta y expedir certificaciones sobre la misma, a entidades o personas particulares. Por solicitud de entidades oficiales o del interesado, se podrá expedir constancia sobre los antecedentes disciplinarios de un miembro de la Institución, de conformidad con lo estipulado en la Constitución y la Ley.
