ARTICULO QUINTO . Los funcionarios que sean incorporados en la planta de personal del Ministerio de Salud que se establece en el artículo primero del presente Decreto, continuarán devengando el salario que les correspondía en la planta de personal del Fondo Nacional Hospitalario hasta el día que tomen posesión del cargo en la nueva planta del Ministerio de Salud.
