Art. 59.º Las sumas que se necesiten para el pago de las recompensas militares que se concedan conforme á esta ley y las pensiones atrasadas que se adeuden á los militares de la Independencia se declaran inclusas mancomunadamente en las que asignan los Presupuestos nacionales para el sostenimiento del Ejercito en actividad, á fin de que su importe sea cubierto en una ó varias partidas, pero con un plazo que no pase de tres meses.
