º Cuando la operación de la institución financiera durante el respectivo ejercicio haya producido utilidades que permitan el cumplimiento de las obligaciones amparadas con la garantía, se cancelarán acciones temporales por un valor igual al de tal reducción de la garantía. En el evento aquí previsto, la Nación devolverá a la entidad financiera los títulos correspondientes.
