Al auxilio fijado en el artículo 10 tendrán derecho los empleados que quedaren físicamente inhabilitados de por vida para seguir prestando sus servicios en los ramos de correos y Telégrafos, siempre que comprueben no menos de cinco años se servicio continuo inmediatamente antes de la expedición de la presente Ley, o diez años de servicio en otras épocas, aunque no haya sido continuo.
