El Oficial primero de la Sección de Hacienda de la Tesorería general, continuará prestando sus servicios en la Sección 4, Ramo de Contabilidad, del Ministerio de Hacienda. Quedan derogados el artículo 17 del Decreto número 224, de 9 de Marzo último, por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 111 de 1888, el Decreto número 470, de 13 de mayo de este año, sobre Contabilidad, y todas las disposiciones anteriores al presente Decreto que sean contrarias a él.
