La Nación se asocia a la celebración del primer centenario de la fundación del Municipio de Villavicencio, en la Intendencia del Meta, que se cumple el 20 de diciembre de 1942. ARTICULO 2° Destínase la suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00) para la realización de las obras de utilidad común que se detallan inmediatamente.
