Examinadas las propuestas i aceptadas por el Tesorero jeneral las mas convenientes se estenderá la dilijencia con la cual dará cuenta al Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, a fin de que el Poder Ejecutivo le imparta o no su aprobacion o la reforme si así lo juzgare justo i conveniente.
