ARTICULO 47 . Comprobación de grados. Para la comprobación de todo grado de la jerarquía de oficiales, suboficiales o personal del nivel ejecutivo, el Ministro de Defensa Nacional o el Director General de la Policía Nacional, según el caso, expedirán el respectivo diploma expresando la antigüedad en el grado que corresponda.
