IVA al asfalto y materiales pétreos. Lo dispuesto en el artículo 64 de la Ley 488 de 1998, igualmente será aplicable al asfalto y a los materiales pétreos que intervienen y se utilicen específicamente en el proceso de incorporación o transformación necesarios para producir mezclas asfálticas o de concreto, independientemente de quien los produzca.
