Créase el Comité Nacional de Recreación como organismo asesor del Gobierno Nacional en la fijación de las políticas y en el diseño de los planes y programas de recreación, integrado por entidades públicas y privadas que desarrollen actividades recreativas. El Gobierno reglamentará su composición y forma de ejercer sus funciones.
