Posesión de la Comisión Tripartita . Antes de entrar en ejercicio de sus funciones, los miembros de la comisión de que trata el artículo 10 de la Ley 56 de 1981, deberán tomar posesión de sus cargos y acreditar que cumplen los requisitos para ello, ante la Secretaría General del Ministerio del ramo, o por delegación de este, ante la respectiva Gobernación. Ninguna persona podrá simultáneamente representar a los propietarios en dos o más comités de las obras a que se refiere la Ley 56 de 1981. (Decreto 2024 de 1982, artículo 24)
