Si el albacea con tenencia de bienes, o los herederos, no se presentan a denunciar los bienes, el Juez a solicitud del Síndico recaudador del impuesto sobre sucesiones o de cualquier interesado, debe apremiarlos para que concurran al Juzgado en la fecha y la hora que señale, con las penas establecidas en el artículo 188.
