Período de prueba . El concepto favorable de que trata el artículo 35 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, será emitido por la Junta Clasificadora de Oficiales Subalternos y Suboficiales de cada Fuerza, con base en el concepto enviado a los Departamentos o Direcciones de personal por los Comandantes respectivos, un mes antes de cumplirse el período de prueba o cuando por deficiencia, falta de adaptación y de condiciones para el desempeño en el cargo así lo ameriten.
