ARTICULO 3º. DETERMINACIÓN DE LA PLANTA. La planta de oficiales, nivel ejecutivo, suboficiales y agentes de la Policía Nacional, será fijada por el Gobierno Nacional, con base en las necesidades de la Institución, y tendrá como marco de referencia un plan quinquenal revisado anualmente. La planta detallará el número de miembros por grado.
