La letra e) del artículo 2.1.2.1.2. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así: "e) No podrán limitar o restringir en forma alguna la cuantía de los saldos provenientes de depósitos en cuentas corrientes; en caso de terminación unilateral del contrato de cuenta corriente bancaria deberán dejarse consignados expresamente los motivos que la determinaron, los cuales han de corresponder a los definidos en los respectivos manuales del establecimiento bancario".
