Las cuentas de los Tesoros serán fenecidas en primera instancia por los Consejos Municipales, y en segunda por la Corte de Cuentas.
Los Consejos Municipales tendrán el término de diez días para el estudio y fenecimiento de las cuentas de los Tesoros, y fenecidas por éstos las remitirán á la Corte de Cuentas.
