Art. 2.º Los ejemplares de dichos manifiestos serán solo dos, en papel común sin estampillas; y de ellos uno se devolverá al exportador con las anotaciones correspondientes, y el otro se dejará en la Aduana para la formación de la estadista y demás fines.
