Denominación de las decisiones. Las decisiones de la Junta General de Socios y las de la Junta Directiva se denominarán acuerdos, ambos deberán llevar la firma del Presidente y del Secretario de la misma. Se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y estarán bajo custodia del Secretario de la empresa.
