Las pensiones, recompensas y auxilios que reconozca la Caja a los empleados del ramo Postal o Telegráfico, privan a tales empleados del derecho de recibir cualquiera otra pensión, recompensa o auxilio del Tesoro Público por razón de los servicios prestados a la Nación en dicho ramo, siempre que el nuevo auxilio que se pida tenga por base la misma causal y se refiera, aunque sea parcialmente al mismo tiempo de servicio.
