º. Las seguridades a que se refiere el artículo 8º del Decreto 2092 de 1931, cuando se trate de exportaciones hulleras efectuadas por la Cooperativa Hullera de Occidente, Limitada, o por cualquiera de sus afiliados, podrán ser prestadas por esta Sociedad, ateniéndose a las normas propias de las entidades de su clase.
