Obligatoriedad de los seguros . A partir de la publicación del presente decreto, las pólizas de seguros en éste señaladas se exigirán a todas las empresas con licencia de funcionamiento vigente o que se encuentren habilitadas y serán, en todo caso, requisito y condición necesaria para la prestación del servicio público de transporte por parte de sus vehículos propios o vinculados.
