ARTICULO 5° Si algunas de las apropiaciones que se reducen en el momento de expedición del presente Decreto están afectadas con compromisos, los organismos y entidades deberán informar al Ministerio de Hacienda y al Departamento Nacional de Planeación para adoptar las medidas correctivas del caso.
