Adiciónase el artículo 24 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente literal:

Recibir créditos de otros establecimientos de crédito para la realización de operaciones de microcrédito, con sujeción a los términos y condiciones que fije el Gobierno Nacional.
