Art.7. o Cuando por algun accidente falte papel sellado en algun lugar, acreditada que sea la falta con la nota firmada del expendedor, se admitirá el papel comun siempre que la parte consigne en el acto i ante el juez o funcionario público a quien dirija el valor del sello o sellos correspondientes. De esta circunstancia se hará mérito en el escrito o documento que se presente, i el juez o funcionario que lo admitiere remitirá el valor del sello o sellos que hubiere recibido al expendedor del papel sellado, poniendo la correspondiente nota en el escrito o documento respectivo i dando aviso oficial a la tesorería de hacienda de la provincia.
