º. Modificase en los siguientes términos el artículo 49 del Decreto 444 de 1967; "Artículo 49 . Los exportadores podrán registrar en la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior los contratos de exportación que celebren con personas o entidades del Extranjero. En tal caso, las limitaciones o prohibiciones temporales que establezca la Junta de Comercio Exterior no afectarán, durante los ciento veinte días siguiente a su vigencia, los despachos que deban hacerse conforme a dichos contratos".
