Para los efectos del ejercicio de la jurisdicción coactiva contra los deudores morosos por concepto de contribuciones de valorización distribuidas por la Dirección Nacional de Valorización, prestara merito ejecutivo, de conformidad con el artículo 14 del Decreto legislativo 1604 de 1966, la certificación sobre la existencia de la deuda fiscal exigible, expedida por el Decreto Nacional de Valorización. En el certificado de la deuda fiscal, se dejara constancia de la obra que causa la contribución, numero y fecha de la resolución liquidadora y distribuidora, fecha de su ejecutoria, cuantía de la cuota o cuotas pendientes y fechas de las respectivas exigibilidades.
