Entidad del Registro. Se designa como Entidad de Registro, a la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana (FAC), a quien se le confía la guarda de la integridad de los datos. Dicha responsabilidad implica la creación, actualización, mantenimiento y administración de los datos de registro, así como la emisión de informes y reportes a que haya lugar, que utilicen como fuente dichos registros.
