° Dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la radicación de las respectivas respuestas o del vencimiento del término previsto en el artículo 3°, la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes, basada en los informes que reposen en su dependencia, o que le sean allegados y en los antecedentes reputación del solicitante, expedirá, cuando a ello hubiere lugar, el “certificado de carencia de informes por tráfico de estupefacientes”.
